MINING & UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS
Terra Firma offers a range of mine management support including preparation of management and process plans and mining standards; management relief for Site Senior Executives, Mine Managers, Under Managers, Deputies, Tunnel Managers and Ventilation Officers; statutory inspections; compliance audits; production loss investigations; productivity improvement studies on men and machinery; and independent risk assessments. Terra Firma can also develop and present training material for operators.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
Terra Firma has very strong safety values, and believes that all accidents are preventable. Staff have an excellent knowledge of New Zealand and Australian mining legislation and the Health and Safety in Employment Act, and can prepare, monitor and audit site Health and Safety Management Systems and Health and Safety Operating Plans.
Other services offered include conducting emergency preparedness reviews and training, compliance audits and independent incident investigations. With their thorough knowledge of the mining regulations, Terra Firma staff are able to assist operators in meeting their statutory requirements, including preparation and review of Principal Hazard Management Plans and Principal Control Plans.
